First of all, do not buy this light if you are going to attach it to a rack. The rack-mount is TERRIBLE and uses metal screws that you are supposed to screw into threadless plastic nuts (the screw makes it's own threads or something like that.) It's impossible to make it tight because you just strip out the plastic part.More importantly, the light sensor turns it off when I don't want it to and it doesn't have a non-automatic mode!
