I used the cateye for months on the ride home from work in the dark. The Colorado country roads that I ride are unlit for about half the ride and the cateye does acceptably at lighting the way for me. My ride is only 30 minutes, and I'm not sure the cateye produces enough light for a really long night ride (say an hour or more).See all 37 customer reviews...
